ABOUT URSULA WILSON, MSN, CRNP-BC, CDE
Ursula Wilson CRNP, board-certified in family practice and diabetes, has been practicing in the Wiregrass area for more than 20 years, dedicating most of her attention to family practice and oncology/hematology. Her prior experience focused mainly on emergency room patients, labor/delivery, and pediatrics. In addition, Ursula has over a decade of experience operating a wound care clinic simultaneously alongside a diabetes clinic. She also has specific experience in treating the institutional population of the Houston County Jail.
Ursula earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Alabama -Birmingham, graduating with honors and her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Auburn University Montgomery. Ursula is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and The National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE). She is Licensed in the states of Alabama and Florida.
Ursula is married to Christopher Wilson, who is originally from Clio, Alabama. They have 3 children, Taijah, Kristen and Joshua. In her spare time, Ursula enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and reading inspirational books. In sports, she roots for Auburn, her alma mater.

About Clio Health Clinic
Our Mission
Located in the middle of downtown Clio, Alabama, Clio Health Clinic is a general-purpose health and wellness facility focusing on underserved rural clients who need both access to routine medical care and education in self-care. The clinic is legally organized as Clio Health Clinic LLC, under the ownership of Ursula S. Wilson, CRNP-BC, CDE, Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Educator.
A generous grant from the US Department of Agriculture paid for the complete renovation of Clio Health Clinic’s physical premises in 2023. The result is a state-of-the-art facility fully ready to serve the residents of Clio and surrounding communities with a higher threshold of care than was previously available.
